Hello! I'm Tara Krowchenko. As Registered Nurse with the Fraser Health Authority I work as a Clinical Resource Nurse and Clinical Practice Leader, supporting and guiding clinical excellence within the Home and Community Care program. Over the past two decades, my career has taken me from bedside nursing to palliative care and chronic disease management to clinical practice education and leadership and now into graduate studies.
